All time favorite pan. Woohoooo
Great, excellent quality pan. This 12" SS pan is much lighter then my 10-in SS copper bottom pan. Using it on an electric cooktop with 7inch burners it heats up fast and evenly!!! The lid is amazing quality, sounds silly to be excited about a pan lid but You got to see it and feel it to understand how good it is... I cooked a pizza as big as the entire bottom of the pan, no hot spots cooked completely and evenly, didn't burn anything.. AMAZING.. Couple pictures of the burners I'm using to compare with the size of the pan, it heats and cooks EVENLY on this tiny 7-inch burner.. woohoรณo๐ It's a bargain. Things don't stick if you know how to cook on stainless steel. Buy it, you will be stoked.....

Outstanding Pan
This is a durable well-made stainless steel fry pan with nicely rounded corners and they will fitting lid. I use it daily for cooking burgers or stir fry. I would never cook eggs in it because they will stick but other foods like sauteed vegetables or meats cook really well without sticking. This is a heavy duty pan and will last for years if cared for properly.

Just make sure you use just enough grease or butter, or whatever you choose, olive oil, etc...
I fried an entire chicken that I cut up and the pan cooked it absolutely ๐ฏ. I've made scrambled eggs and they didn't stick, grill cheese sandwiches, buttered garlic shrimp. I've only had it 9 days without any issues.

A terrific value!
First, in full disclosure. I am no chef and I purchased this for home use. I do however have a professional background as a food and beverage manager, and do know my way around a kitchen :) To be honest, whether this works for you will primarily depend on two things 1) Your expectations, and 2) The type of stove that you have or primarily use (Gas, Exposed Heating Element/Electric Coil, Induction, Glass Top with Enclosed Heating Element). "Even Heat Distribution" will depend not only on the pan, but also the type of stove and the size of the burner. So when reading reviews, look at the reviews using the same stove type that you will be cooking with :) I like and prefer induction, but at the moment I have a glass top with enclosed elements. I find that the pan heats up alright, but will be a bit slower than with gas or induction. For home use, I find this pan to work just fine :) The materials, finish, handle, comfort and heft (solidity) are all better than I had expected in this price range. I think this is a terrific value at this price point. Please note that as this is stainless steel, it will clean differently than a "non stick" type of pan :) Also, it feels very solid, and has the weight to back it up, so it is significantly heavier than a "non stick" pan. So if you might not have the hand, wrist or arm strength for heavy items, this may not be the right choice for you (this would not be a good choice for my 75+ yr old mother.) Also, this will not fit your needs if you want a "branded" pan with snob appeal or status benefits. (Those pans can cost 300% and 400% more). Lastly, it's impossible to speak of durability with new purchases. So, what's the bottom line here? I really think that most people with appropriate expectations will really like this pan! It will do its job well, and will look good and feel good in your hand while doing it! And it feels like it will last for years to come. Can you spend more on a pan? Yes. If you are a regular person, do you need to? No. I can afford to buy a more expensive pan if I wish, but there is no need to. I am happy with this purchase at a great price, and I think you will be as well. I give it a thumbs up :)

Great pan!
Iโve been pleasantly surprised by the quality and cost of this pan. Iโve been wanting to get into cooking with stainless steel, so I wanted a cheap option to test it out, and itโs been great! Definitely a learning curve versus non stick pans though!

Uneven Heating
This skillet is good looking and was very well packaged. It is large. The glass lid is great for seeing what you're cooking and the handles do not get too hot to touch. I've used it about 5 or 6 times and unfortunately, the bottom is bowed out and the base does not make even contact with the surface of my electric range. It rocks a little, and is also smooth and slippery on my glass top. Consequently, the heat is not even and that affects how it cooks. I feel like I need to buy another skillet.

1 STEP CLOSER TO A LESS TOXIC TOMORROW & stick it to the NonStickToxicTeflon Lies
Time to say Goodbye to the Non Stick Toxic Teflon Lies! Investing in a cleaner future 1 pan at a time I had no idea the freaking rabbit hole I would go down trying to switch away from toxic Teflon pans. Honestly, while one should definitely avoid using acidic foods like pasta sauce, due to the Nickle.. This pan is great for what I need it for! Super easy to clean, considering I cook with a little bit of coconut oil - and as long as I don't allow the food to burn or get crusty(which I haven't) I don't even understand why the majority of us ever were fooled to switch to using those toxic alternatives this is just as non-stick but without the concern for our safety and that of small animals(****FYI::: STOP USING THOSE nonstick/Teflon fumes will kill birds and small animals within seconds, THINK OF what it does to us eating it long term? Not sold, look into Dupont(the creator of Teflon) - Our health and safety should always triumph convenience - So that's why I'm happy using this pan! I feel safe it has a sturdy handle and is extremely large, I could definitely of gotten a smaller size. The price is worth the investment! Honestly, a small price to pay - as it's just as easy to clean and no need to worry about Teflon fumes instantly killing birds, small animals - If the fumes from non stick "Teflon" instantly can take them out within seconds - imagine how much we are saving - not just ourselves but the generations upon generations of our families, from those forever chemicals - baked into our food, water and God knows what else!

Does the job, but warpes
Although I've enjoyed using the pan and it's actually worked quite well, it started warping from the first use and is now completely unbalanced on the stove top. I guess it wouldn't be a big deal if you're using it on a gas stove, but as mine is ceramic, it wobbles around, heats unevenly and is incredibly frustrating to cook with now.

Great pan for making sauces
Great pan for making sauces , the large are helps in reducing sauces such as spaghetti bolognaise or curry etc. The lid saves on splatter. Great pan for the money

Sticking
