These really are very lovely. I love the shape and design, including the size of the mug, the size of the handle and the shape of the cup. When these arrived, one of the mugs was broken unfortunately, but the seller immediately refunded me and sent a very polite message. I'm thinking of buying another set and getting rid of some of my older mugs.

These mugs were just what I was looking for, however, unfortunately and very disappointingly, the green one was damaged and had a massive crack in it so I had to return them. May order again but worried the same thing may happen again,

Really nicely glazed product. I liked the design, ideal for a family who like 'their own' mug. I'm particularly impressed with the service I received. On opening the package, one of the mugs was smashed. I had a replacement sent to me within a few days.

Very cute cups, bought as a gift, my sister loved them, but was disappointed to note that unfortunately, one of the cups arrived damaged. The packaging was intact and the missing chunk out of the cup was not in the packaging, so must have been packed damaged. Frustratingly, there is no way to contact the seller for a replacement.

Cups are cute, good size, the only issue was one was broken, lucky only needed 6!
