Would this help strip paint off brass?

In my opinion absolutely not, it is a great restorer of tarnished brass, but I do not believe it would remove paint .....

Im cleaning the brass at my church with brasso.which leaves a green/white residue when dry. Does this do the same?

The Reskins is far easier to clean the black corrosion from brass requiring much less elbow grease ( I used an old paint brush to get into the awkward corners) but it still has to be rubbed over when completed. The cleaned brass still benefits from a light polish to increase the shine.

I have an old brass door handle which hasn't been cleaned for years amd has developed discoloration. Is this product going to clean this ?

Yes! All my window handles and bits were black.....came up amazingly bright. That was after many years of them not being polished.

Can I use it on brass jewellery?

I cannot ascertain whether the cleaner may impact any semi-precious stones. If you are careful, with a cotton bud, I feel you will be able to make the brass much cleaner.
