Easy to put together and use
I'm 60 years old, and have a slight belly that I could never get rid of. This machine is AMAZING!! It takes a little bit to get used to it, but once you get it going it's easy to use and does a great job of getting rid of my belly. Great quality too

Ready to have the abs I’ve always wanted, also wears out my child. I don’t force her, she does it all on her own…kids…am i right. Super user friendly, so much so a 6 year old can manage it. Easy set up, not to heavy, and doesn’t take up to much space. It better give me a dang flat belly, or else.

Great machine only fall is I ordered resistance bands with it and I don’t think they are for the machine as there’s no directions for them as I think they are just a added item to the purchase and not for the machine itself

Very sturdy and easy assembly
This is the second brand I bought and I definitely made the right decision. It’s made of very sturdy metal and the assembly directions were really easy to follow. It took me 15 mins to put together. I’m very happy with my purchase

Worth It
If you want to add an ab machine to your home gym, this makes for a great addition! FYI ... It's harder than it looks. Which makes for a great challenge, and great abs if you stick with it.

Wish Amazon would stop shipping with USPS too heavy for them and too big for their trucks
I like this, but it was a chore trying to retrieve it from USPS. Amazon needs to STOP !!!! standing heavy large packages with the post office. They cannot handle it and you have to go there to pick it up. living in the country the post office has been anywhere near my house and I pay for prime so I wasn’t real happy.

Semplicemente ottimo... fa il suo, un po' caro 277 ciao scontato, ma è perfetto, l'addome lavora alla grande e con un minimo di conoscenze e inventiva si può allenare anche la parte obliqua degli addominali o concentrarsi sulla parte alta, non solo bassa. Ottimo anche il mini diaplai che conta le rep e altro... Consigliatissimo
