I’m a long term back ache sufferer and long term aromatherapy user. I didn’t think it would be strong enough to shift my back ache (I have osteoporosis) but this blend really is amazing. I usually only get the benefit from a quick rub-in from partner, but coupled with a longer more therapeutic massage it would keep one mobile and pain free. Highly recommended by a repeat buyer……

Effective for aches and pains. I used after a fall and certainly helped reduce bruising. It also helps ease arthritic pain in the knees and improved my sleep. Nice smell, solid glass bottle.

Arnica is an incredible herb and I have used this Weleda oil for many years. It's perfect for, not only massaging tired or overworked muscles, but also can prevent bruising - if I can get it on the skin quickly enough. My chiropractor will often use this oil after a treatment; it's very relaxing. I know some people are sceptical about complementary health products. However, small blood vessels in my fingers will occasionally "pop" and, if I can't get Arnica cream into the skin, the finger will swell and turn black, making it very painful. Arnica prevents this happening but only if I can apply it quickly. I haven't tried the oil for this purpose as it can occur away from home and the cream is more convenient but, for me, it works wonders.

Excellent for massage therapy as it does'nt dry up. Pleasant aroma and will eventually dry on the skin. Not like deep heat, it allows deep massage to help with strains etc. Can be used in the bath to help ease aches after sport etc but is slippery when you get out!

I recently had a total knee replacement & was using this as well as my normal pain relief so it was hard to tell in the beginning if it helped but since the pain has lessened l have been using this on its own & it certainly seems to work. Also found massaging it into my scar has helped it heal really well & my scar certainly looks much less noticeable than previous scars l haven't used this on. I purchased the 200ml bottle as l was unsure how much l would need, but after 5 weeks of using it daily it has hardly gone down, as you only need a small amount as it goes a very long way.

Perfect to use when working out after showering, it smooths the skin and also get the benefits of the arnica which are great for a sore body, after gym, gardening, or even for sure joints I use it. I love the smell, it is herby a bit intense first but then it softens leaving a nice fragrance on the skin. Great for Athletes including the dancing ones!! I recommend to get the small size as it expires quite quickly, unless you plan to use it a lot then the big size is great.

Great product, this massage oil really works

This 200ml bottled offered a significant saving over the 100ml, so decided to pay the little extra and go for it. Glad I did. This is a really effective, soothing balm oil. Massaged into tight muscle spots, it does provide relief and the scent is invigorating. Little tip - do wipe off any excess oil from the outside of the bottle and around the pourer and cap as over time it will go very sticky and gunky if exposed to air - as I've found with previous bottles.
