THIS DOES NOT AT ALL WORK AS BIRDS AND PIGEONS ARE THERE AS USUAL. I JUST WASTED MY MONEY

Seems to keep the birds away
Seems to work. I like the reflector has so many different angles it can reflect the sun. The slightest breeze gets the spinner going. I like there are many different noises in the solar powered noise generator, and they change noises frequently. The noise is pretty loud, I would like to see the volume be adjustable from an app or remote. It would be nice to be able to record your own sounds, such as a sharp hand clap, etc. I had to cover the speaker a little bit to dampen the noise. I have fairly close neighbors(they haven't complained yet, but...), and the noise was very annoying to my wife during morning coffee time. Maybe in its current design it is better suited for more open spaces. The pigeons are staying away, though!

Attracts birds
This thing attracts more birds instead of repelling them. I bough 2 and they are both a waste of money.

Worked great for a few days, then the pigeons got use to it was riding it around like a carousel ๐
