The Book of Tarot: A Modern Guide to Reading the Tarot

Good basic tarot book with beautiful illustrations of the author's much admired tarot deck .. wish I'd had this book when I started with my deck it's clarified some concepts for me re shadow work and reversed cards and use of the court cards. I decided not to buy the Starchild tarot deck and this book gives me the chance to enjoy the author's fabulous illustrations anyway. Immensely useful in deepening my current understanding of the tarot.

I was looking for a compact book with all the card meanings in it as not all my decks have a guide book. This is great. I love that each card has a prompt / question for you to answer. Beautiful book, and the writing is lovely. Bought a copy for my friend for her birthday, too.

I love the book, but I would have liked more tarot spreads, there were only two at the back of the book. It did give me another perspective to how I read the cards though with each description of each card. Overall, it is a good purchase.

The StarChild Tarot is my absolute favorite deck to use, and totally going to mention I’m super excited for The MoonChild Tarot. Her work is the absolute best and most bëāûtįfùł ! Ì truly have a connection with it. Ì totally recommend this book for those who are into modern tarot. Plus ÿøù get to see the bëāûtįfùł designs of The StarChild Tarot 😍😍😍😍😍

Really pretty book, more compact than I expected but that’s no bad thing - my other books on the subject are huge coffee table size. Informative, fantastic and lovely to look at.

I’ve gone through an entire library of Tarot Guidebooks and have found this to be one of the best! I love how the author gives you points of introspection which is very apt. The book cover is like magic, beautiful. In all ways it’s a must have go to kind of book!

It's literally the same thing from the tiny book in the starchild tarot, I didn't need it at all.

Beautiful Book! I use it to self-reflect while I soak in a bath with Epsom salts! Great conversation piece when getting together with my friends! I feel like it complements Carl Jung studies in a fresh way!
