Corndog anyone?
I purchased this as I came across a Corn dog recipe online and wanted to give it a go. I have no prior experience of having used Cornmeal (Polenta) and as such can't comment on the quality but it worked a treat in my recipe so I would say it's good.Purchasing on Amazon was easy and convenient as this isn't a product that is easy to come by in the Supermarket's.

Only 2 month sell by date
Priced well. Fast delivery. My only disappointment is the 2 month sell by date. Fortunately it is freezable so I've frozen half of it.
