I read you Loud and Clear Good Buddies!
Decent quality. Although I understand the option to remove the rubber paint protection cover on the magnet, I opted to attach it permanently with Permatex RTV sealant adhesive so it will be waterproof and won't come off. I thought CB was dead in my area but I was using the rubber ducky antenna on my handheld. Once I attached this external antenna, a lot more frequencies came alive with lots of users' chatter. I can now pick up highway transmissions which are about 1.5 to 2 miles away but impeded by Buildings and houses. Not bad for a small investment. I wish the Hispanic community would stay off of Channel 9 though so it stays open for Emergencies.

Does the job
Nice antenna. Bought the 505max cb radio for vehicle. This antenna was $40. Magnet on top of roof. Very sturdy. Compact. Works good for a compact antenna. Does the job.

Screw to hold antenna NFG
The grub screw to hold antenna is not good quality, I don’t trust it, poor design.
