A great way to pack extra within your baggage allowance. It also has a useful window with a card for address details which I've read is really important; if baggage gets delayed they apparently always try to get car seats to people as priorities so the children can still travel, so put your email address / mobile no on this too. The backpack straps are also useful and it packs down into a tiny pack when not in use. The only slight change I would make is some kind of flap that closes over the drawstring opening so it is extra sealed.
