No seeds. They are a combination of the following.... Pea flakes, Dandelion Marigold blossoms, Carrots, Apples, Raspberries, Sunflower petals.... compacted into cookies. You can break them up to. Use as a treat.

Are these suitable for dwarf hamsters? Only ive purchased them already

Only bought them for rabbits but the ingredients should be fine for hamsters too. Perhaps break them into smaller pieces first.
