No problem with the supplier - delivered quickly via Prime. The product quality is poor: a thin, brittle plastic that breaks after a couple of years use, I think this is the 3rd I have fitted in 7 years . So - how do I star rate it? for the product or the supplier? If you are fitting one it is worth knowing that it is a pain disengaging the button from the cable without damaging one or both, so don't rush. It is possible to nip the 2 hooks together and push them inside the cable lever and so disengage however. If your cistern is like mine, the silver ring goes INSIDE the cistern lid.

Just the replacement I needed for my RAK compact toilet. Simple job to replace, great service and delivery. I get the impression the item is flimsy from the reviews but ours lasted 10 years before collapsing so fingers crossed for another 10!

This is ok. I actually used only the central part of it to fix one of another make and it is fixed. But it seems less substantial than the one that broke so I can't think it will last more than a couple of years.

très fragile ne pas s'amuser à lui modifier son axe lorsqu'il est en place même lorsqu'on le nettoie car il se casse : en un an j'en suis au 4ème
