Easy pattern to place and cut out. Ideal for my tween ages Grandaughter. Will use the pattern again..

Lovely pattern slim fit good for my slim grandaughter made aged 10 - she's just turned seven because she's very tall - definitely for more experienced sewer due to shaped panels and godets

This is a pretty style but a bit more complicated than it looks. I chose to do the style with contrasting 'Godet' The end result looks good but it is quite a 'fiddly' pattern...and probably for the more experienced person. I'm not a professional seamstress but have sewn all my adult life. Never the less, I had to think very hard how to put this dress together. It will be quite important, when cutting out the 'godets' in the same fabric that the material pattern is matched, otherwise the whole effect could look very 'odd', because the 'Godets' are so much part of the dress design.

Instructions easy providing you read them. My granddaughter loves the dress

This pattern whilst looks simple to cut and sew is not clear enough when it comes to sewing all the pieces together. It is very misleading with the diagrams, on what pieces go where. This is not a pattern for a beginner.

I cant wait to try it . I am wanting to make it for my Granddaughter who is very girly so i hope she likes it.

Haven't used this pattern yet. Looks fairly straightforward
