I am impressed with the authenticity and quality of this product. It has to be soaked at least 12 hours and cooked in the pressure cooker for 5 whistles before using it for any recipes. What you see in my video is after soaking overnight. I have been using this for the past 15 days and notice that it is satiating, tasty, chewy and doesn't make you feel hungry soon like rice. I feel very comfortable in my gut unlike when I consume rice or chapati. What motivated me to buy this product is where the price and quality matches! I will buy more of these provided the price point remains same or even cheaper.
