I'm not a big fan. I've been taking supplements for years and decided to try this one. I notice it does not help me sleep as well as other brands. I bit pricey... I found good relief with Walmart's brand of estroven and this is twice that cost. Easy to swallow, no after tastes or smell.

I've read the reviews on these pills and my personal experience I'm 💯 percent satisfy. The relieve of the hot flashes has basically disappeared, gone. I'm ordering my 2nd bottle. By the time I finish my 2nd bottle and I continue feeling the way I've been feeling without hot flashes gone I will subscribe cause them hot flashes were the worst and I was a very unhappy camper on how I was feeling.
