Con tantas opiniones que leí antes de comprarlo, realmente dude si me serviría, pero... Quiero decir que parq mi es una excelente inversión. No he tenido problemas desde que lo estoy usando, es práctico, fácil de usar y los resultados son muyyy buenos. Mis clientas sienten la diferencia después de sus tratamientos. Estoy muy satisfecha. Lo uso con productos y mascarillas naturales que yo misma preparo y tengo clientas felices.

I only had this product for 4 months and it doesn’t steam anymore . It’s a headache trying to contact the seller ! No response ! The manufacturer???? No response … it’s almost like I purchase a expensive steamer from a ghost ! It’s only been 4 months and i purchases a aursion protection plan and they told me that the seller still have a warranty with this product so they can’t help me until the sellers warranty is up ! There’s literally no contact information for the seller or manufacturer!! Amazon is no help cause if it’s been over 30 days their only option is for you to contact the seller …. But how ????? This is a waste of money and I don’t know what to do .

I was excited to try this as I have really bad psoriasis and eczema. When I had more money and used to go to the hair salon my stylist used to do heat treatments with her steamer and my hair was great kept my scalp conditions under control. This device is a bit difficult to put together at first because it does not come with any type of instructions or set up. It does come with a “manual” that’s labeled as instructions lol. But common sense helps you put it together. After I got it together I decided to give it a try. First attempt of use seems to be good. Tips: watch the video on the product pictures. The water tank is already inside the machine. And the caps are EXACT FIT so you’re going to have to use some force to set it up. But it’s scary to use force because the device feels like cheap plastic.

Well it gets the job done for what I need it for its a bit on the pricey side but should pay for itself hopfully soon

The mister works fun however i have this small wrench thing and not sure what it's for because there is not in the box to tighten. Also there are no instructions on how to put it together just how to use it. I had to go on YouTube to see how to assemble it.

Machine keeps turning off no way to contact the seller and Amazon is no help at all. Literally only runs for two mins then shuts off. Unacceptable cost way too much.

Look everything perfect, let see how long working for client 🤞🏼🤞🏼

It’s a very nice steamer, but I was bummed when I finished putting it together and it was missing multiple parts, it’s a bit pricey to have to deal with missing parts, and a big inconvenience to have to return it, other than that it’s nice, but kinda lost trust to reorder from seller I will reorder from another company.

It’s doesn’t have instruction use and also I don’t know how many volts need for that because aus 240volts I’m not sure how many need for this I still can’t plug in
