Why does Milwaukee advertised that it has 220 ft/lbs torque where customers like me found that it's simply not?

If you look in YouTube videos when they test this product. They all get different readings but it plays around the area of torque that they claim. This too is very useful in tight places and can be manually use to loosen the bolt first to help out.

Is this 1/2 or 3/8? Because I bought this same product and received a 3/8.

I received 1/2" as it states. It was probably in the wrong bin.

What kind of warranty dies this have?

You can verify on Milwaukee's website, but as long as it's a genuine Milwaukee power tool, and within 5 years of purchase, they'll warranty it. You don't even need the receipt but they recommend you hang on to it. Don't listen to the misinformation out here in artificial intelligence land.
