Works as legacy equipment. Good for older folks familiarity
Great option for older people who still are more familiar with a landline. Ringer is a bit low but it feels like the original kidn of phone.

Classic 2500 Telephone
The Classic 2500 phone is decent. A lot lighter than the original model 2500 telephones from the 70s/80s probably due to lighter material being used, such as aluminium being used on the bottom plate as opposed to iron, steel, or whatever they used to use. I bought this to use with a cell2jack device, and it works well. A lot of people are complaining that the light does not work when it rings, and it seems to be due to not enough ringer power going to the phone. cell2jack allows you to increase the power that goes to the ringer, and the light will work then. Even with that the light is kinda dim. Overall though, not bad for the price.

Loud ring, great look. Awesome for a restaurant.
I love this thing. I set it up in my restaurant because we couldnโt hear the ringer on our cordless phones it connected in seconds and the ring tone is clear. Itโs a bit low volume on the received for a restaurant but itโs pretty loud in there. Great buy for the money.

Nice old school retro phone. A rotary dial phone would have been better but this one already made it a good talking piece.

Easier than a modern phone
The phone has the classic loud old ring. The sound from the handset is not as loud as one hoped.Has helped an elderly lady who is confused by too many buttons and also holding a small modern phone.
