What is the difference between this one and the gd400bn? is it comparable in performance to the harbor freight predator generators?

The GD400BN has dual-fuel capability and PGD40iSCO is single fuel, gasoline only, but it also has a Carbon Monoxide sensor and safety shutdown system. Both are fine machines of comparable performance, supported M-F by trained technicians in California. -Tom

Where can I buy Air filters for pulsar pgd40isco

Just looked in my service book. It says to contact your Pulsar service center, wherever that may be. If the filter is a piece of filter material, Amazon has some for other small generators.
