Confused.

Beautiful bracelet, well made & looks like it could last a very long time .issue was I didn’t receive the first order so I contacted seller and had a replacement in 2 days. Great service that’s why I’m confused , I received a message telling me had till Feb 1st to return the other bracelet or be charged. I still don’t have the first order and don’t want to pay twice for one bracelet. I cannot seem to make contact with anyone.

fits very good however it loosens very easily and the letters can fall out if not careful. however it’s very durable, looks great, and is a great price.

Cute gift!

I got this bracelet for my boyfriend for Valentine’s Day, and he loved it! He wore it every single day until one day we lost it and I can’t remember why. Either way, he got a lot of use out of it and it was so cute and subtle! And lasted for a long time. Great value especially for the price. Included a screenshot from a video I took lol.
