There is a sheet of detailed instructions on how to trouble shoot the carb if needed. It's fantastic that it comes with a secondary throttle arm, which I needed. Very well constructed and I'm very happy with it! Review: Difficult to install, several issues - The first thing was the linkage had to be replaced with the one included and Loctite had been used on the Phillips screw and was a pain to remove. I had to cut a slot in the screw to use a flat screwdriver. Then loctite had the linkage stuck very tight. There was no pipe from the base of the carb to the auto choke and the original wouldn’t work. Finally got it connected and gas was spraying from the inlet where the filter is located. LOCTITE was used on it too. Took a pull handle to break it loose and could never stop it from leaking so took the one out of my old carb to stop the leak. I was very lucky in that the factory settings on this carburetor matches exactly what my car needed. There is a sheet of detailed instructions on how to trouble shoot the carb if needed.
