I have gotten the best results rolling my hair at night before bed then unrolling in the morning. The longer you keep them in, the better the results.

I didn’t measure them, but I’m guestimating maybe nine or ten inches?

Are they pillow soft or do they feel like regular flexi rods with a firm feel but just has a satin slip on them?
