do you get a few shades lighter and what happens after you stop taking them?

You do get lighter by a couple of shades or so but you do have to maintain the process. Remember, this will not alter your inherited skin tone, only lighten the natural tanning response to the sun. If you go out in the sun you will tan.

Is this for whitening black people or white people?

I'm Hispanic with dark brown arms and face/neck but light-pale torso and legs, so after 3 months of glutathione pills my whole body turned almost even in color (90% even)
