Tastes good when you get a slice.
Quite disappointed. I divide 250g packets of biltong into 50g. This picture shows the fifth 50g which is basically chilly dust. So not really all that edible. Might of had the last bag of a batch or even the sweep ups at the end of the day who knows. Plus side which is why it's 3 stars it tastes nice.

This is the second time I order this but I guess I got unlucky with this batch as half the pack had hairy mold. Quite disappointed.

It’s well spiced, quite salty and I expected a little bit of sweetness like jerky but overall okay. Quantity is also good for the price.
