Good introductory book
Bought as a Christmas present - I liked the layout and recipes seem good. The print is quite small but I guess that's to fit in the English and German versions of the recipe.

A lovely book of traditional recipes.
i purchased this book as we have visited Germany a few times and stayed in the Schwabian district. We loved the local food and are hoping to recreate some of the dishes at home. The recipes have lovely photographs and clear instructions in both English and German

Super Schwäbisches Kochbuch für Englischsprachige
Als schwäbische Schwiegermutter wollte ich unbedingt meiner mexikanischen Schwiegertochter die schwäbische Hausmannskost näher bringen! Ein fantastisches Buch, das englischsprachigen Hobbyköchen Freude macht!!! Die Rezepte sind alle getestet und absolut zuverlässig! Hermine Kiehnle ist jeder schwäbischen Hausfrau ein Begriff! Übrigens auch ein tolles Geschenk für Freunde im englischsprachigen Ausland!

Sehr nettes Geschenk
Wir haben es einem amerikanischen Freund, der in seine Heimat zurückkehrte geschenkt. Es gibt einen schönen Überblick über die schwäbische Küche. Es gibt auch Rezepte, die man wohl nicht nachmachen wird. Aber informativ und ausreichend schwäbische Rezepte, wenn jemand etwas typisches aus good old Schwaben kochen möchte. Ein Geschenk mit dem man Freude machen kann.
