I'm recently buying this product short period only used used currently it's not working 😞

Looks good but construct is weak
Used to cook BBQ. Setting up is easy. However, the construct of the appliance is on the weaker side: the outer case is easily kinked or bent, the drip tray is so thin it's difficult to handle while cleaning. The heating element is strong but the placement in the notch is tricky and tiresome. The heating is thermostatic control which is a bonus for saving electric bills and safety. Overall cooking BBQ is heartwarming story.
