How can I tell if it's glass or plastic from the outside?

You can try to light the screen protector with a lighter. When the plastic layer on the surface burns, you will see that the shape of the tempered glass does not change after burning (plastic deforms at less than 300℃ .Glass only softens at 600℃).

Does the screen protector cover the whole screen and why is it smaller than my watch screen?
