Perfect for Frying, but Prone to Rusting and Smaller Than Expected
The cast iron construction provides heavy-duty durability and excellent heat retention. It effectively cooks dishes like poori, thanks to its ability to hold heat well. However, it has a few drawbacks: 1. The kadhai is prone to rusting, which means you need to put in considerable effort to clean it properly. Make sure there is no water left after cleaning to prevent rust stains. 2. Additionally, be aware that the kadhai is of ordinary size, so if you're expecting a larger capacity, that could be a misunderstanding.

It is also extremely durable, versatile enough for various cooking methods, and can enhance food flavor with a unique earthy taste over time. Easy to use.

Heavy pot but corroded after wash..
Material is good but after wash due to water quality..it's getting corroded...means water type matters..

Genuine Quality Longlasting Heavy Cast Iron Kadhai
Good quality legit cast iron. Surface inside is rugged or rough which may be good or bad depending upon your need. I didn't find that to be a problem. It comes with a coating not sure of what so I cleaned it up.. Did some seasoning myself and it was ready to go. Most importantly it is genuine cast iron which is really good for your Health. RBCs love and and they'll reward you with boosted healing power over time. And it's weight tells you that it's gonna last for a lifetime. Finally don't be turned down by the small effort of seasoning that's required for every cast iron utensil and yes go for it! The cookware we use is another secret to good health ;)
