Defective product
Item is defective….totally worst. Also I see this item has only refund option when we choose the option ‘no longer needed’ when we choose ‘defective’ it says ‘replace’ item. Very clever!! I have picked the option ‘item no longer needed’ so I can get the money back. Also, quality was not good too.

Sturdy but has design flaw
The product is delivered professionally with sturdy packaging. The weight is managable to carry easily. Build slightly better than full aluminium. The ladder does the job but I believe it has design flaw. Ideally all the steps should be slightly outward when fully open to allow smooth climb and to get down' but this model all steps are 90% inward and hence very difficult while getting down. Refer the video I have attached. I have returned this item , need to visit local retail shop to get another one.
