I have waited a month after buying this product to leave a review. It says on the label that it is a "cream and balm". I can agree with the "balm", but I could never say that it is a "cream". The more solid "waxy" nature of the product took a little getting used to, but the results are excellent. Itching and irritation are gone, using it twice a day morning and bedtime. I will buy it again.

Appreciate having something natural to help help with moisturizing. I went surgically menopausal at 36 y/o 6 months ago so it’s been vital to find various ways to keep up with longevity, suppleness and health. I gifted my aunts with New Life’s vitamin E balm and they’re raving saying their “cooly is alive!!” so I might try that next 🤣 Thanks New Life providing new life!

I had been using another one of their products for a while, and it was excellent. Nothing is perfect though, so I just bought this one to try. Even better than the other. Lasts for hours, BTW.

Works. feels good. I've had it for ~3 weeks, using just a tiny bit every day or more often. It is good, and I'm much less itchy, but still itchy in places. My pee is not burning like before. I'm 57 years old, so not in the beginning of menopause. It feels pretty good and seems to work. No problems with staining clothes.

Easy to use and so far very effective moisturizer. Just the right consistency for easy application. Unscented and non-irritating for sensitive skin. Great price compared to other similar products. Will definitely purchase again.

Does exactly what it is supposed to do. No more itching, dryness and painful moments of getting "stuck" to my clothing or myself. If you know, you know! I will definitely be purchasing again...and again...and again...Update: A very little goes a long way. No need to slather it on. I would like to see this in a tube as well, to carry in my purse. I can attest that the balm has an immediate soothing effect on account of the protection it provides. It is a thick balm and has a consistency of petroleum jelly. It is NOT a moisturizing cream, like one would find in a tube. You have to dunk your finger right in. But you only need a small amount.It contains excellent ingredients, such as almond oil which is recommended for moisturizing. There is no strong unpleasant smell

I purchase for itching & dryness on Amazon due to having a serious problem down there for 2 days. Decided to try this product due to the reviews. (Mistake #1) I have very sensitive reactions to any type of scents & this one says Organic & Fragrance Free. So got the product today & was really disappointed that it wasn't a cream. Opened the jar & its a big hard chunk of wax like substance, far cry from what a cream is! I thought well I'll try it since I can't return it. Had to soften it up in the jar to be able to get some on my fingers. Applied & was so surprised (and mad) that it DOES have a scent. Tried sitting at my desk after applying to get some work done. About 10 minutes goes by & I'm getting a burning/ itching.White big hard particles may me very scare don’t trust this product

I like that it is all natural and has high quality ingredients. It is thick but melts on contact and has no scent. Little goes a long way.
