## Description

Mold Max 60 is a Shore 60A tin catalyzed silicone mold rubber formulated for applications requiring high heat resistance (up to 560°F/294°C). It features a low mixed viscosity and cured rubber exhibits very low linear shrinkage. Parts A & B are mixed 100A & 3B by weight. Pot life is 40 minutes and cure time is 24 hours.

**Q: Can i use this to cast silver ?**
A: Silver melts at roughly 1000oc where this is maxes out at 250oc ish. To do silver you have to use investment plaster. Check out 'Vegetable Oil Guy' (VOG) on Youtube, gives a good tutorial on silver casting.

While it did not appear that much of the product was lost, the lid did come loose in shipping, this could be problematic for others, especially where more product might be lost.
