There are no clear measurements for the skirt length in the item description. The skirt is actually 14 inches from top of waist band to hem. I hope this helps someone. I was hoping since this is adult item the skirt would be long enough for school but it is not. She is leggy and it hits well above her knee. The skirt is high waisted with a zipper closure and no elastic so no wearing it below the waist to add length. The fit in the waist is just right but with no room to grow. Her waist is about 24 inches. The skirt itself is very well made with nice material. She will be able to wear it for the season but beyond that I anticipate it will be too small in the waist. She loves the skirt. Review: TRUE TO SIZE! - DONT LISTEN TO THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS!!! I got a size 0 and it fit me like a glove😛 very cute and well made. I love the built in shorts. The colors are accurate to the photo. Fabric weight is literally between light and heavy which is a great thing. Stretchiness is great as well. Overall I have no bad things to say about it. With my height being 4’11 it doesn’t make me look any shorter😩🙏🏻 ## Features - [Casual and Fashion]: This skirt has seamless waistband with A-line pleats, combined with inner shorts to enhance privacy, and no pockets makes the skirt more simple and elegant; The mini length design, provides both style and modesty, ensuring you feel confident and secure in any situation. - [Silk fabric]: The outer layer of this women's skirt is made of 98.3% polyester and 1.7%spandex with a silk sheen. The one I received had a slight threading issue, but if you're handy with a needle it's repairable. The material is safe for lite pressing. The shorts are breathable and fit perfectly against the skin. Beside some light issues with the zipper it was perfect. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.sn/products/503598437-hoerev-women-girls-short-high-waist-pleated-skater-tennis-skirt](https://www.desertcart.sn/products/503598437-hoerev-women-girls-short-high-waist-pleated-skater-tennis-skirt) --- *Product available on Desertcart Senegal* *Store origin: SN* *Last updated: 2026-10-15*
