Hoerev Women Girls Short High Waist Pleated Skater Tennis Skirt

Purchased this in XS for my 11-year-old daughter who is 5'0 and about 90 lbs. There are no clear measurements for the skirt length in the item description. The skirt is actually 14 inches from top of waist band to hem. I hope this helps someone. I was hoping since this is adult item the skirt would be long enough for school but it is not. She is leggy and it hits well above her knee. The skirt is high waisted with a zipper closure and no elastic so no wearing it below the waist to add length. The fit in the waist is just right but with no room to grow. Her waist is about 24 inches. The skirt itself is very well made with nice material. She will be able to wear it for the season but beyond that I anticipate it will be too small in the waist. She loves the skirt.

Fabric weight is literally between light and heavy which is a great thing. Stretchiness is great as well. Overall I have no bad things to say about it. With my height being 4’11 it doesn’t make me look any shorter😩🙏🏻

The skirt itself is beautiful. The one I received had a slight threading issue, but if you're handy with a needle it's repairable. The material is safe for lite pressing. The shorts are breathable and fit perfectly against the skin. Beside some light issues with the zipper it was perfect.

I’ve been seeing a lot of pleated skirts going into fall and had to try the trend. Couldn’t beat the price of this skirt and was pleasantly surprised at its high quality. It’s a pretty basic pleated skirt, zipper on the side, built in shorts underneath. I’m 5’4 and 115, wearing a size small and it’s a bit big, but not enough to size down. The length is nice, doesn’t ride up when seated. Seems wrinkle resistant, haven’t had one yet. The navy blue is a nice neutral color that I’m having fun styling. The sizing is kind of funky, the skirt I’m wearing in pictures is a small but when i went to purchase another color, the size went to numbers instead? Not sure what that is about but I will update review when i receive it. Anywho- If you’re looking to buy a pleated skirt, I’d def recommend this one! I didn’t feel too school girly and loved the look with a blazer.

Super cute skirt, great for the price. I got the zip up option instead of the stretchy option. Be aware— the zip waist has very little stretch! I wore the skirt below my natural waist but above my hips. For reference, my natural waist is 26 inches, high hip mark ~37 inches, fullest part of hips ~42 inches. I ordered a size medium and it fit true to size. Actually the sizing was perfect. While the waistband had minimal stretch, the inside shorts are very stretchy. I have a slightly longer torso and inseam, so they rode a little high and tighter than I’d design, but not uncomfortable. I was worried I’d be dealing with a wedgie for my concert, but thankfully that was not an issue. I know some other customers cut the shorts out, and that’s certainly an option worth exploring if you’d like. I appreciated the built in safety measure, no accidental undies seen! Overall it was perfect for the outfit I was constructing, and I would recommend it! It should be said though that I also saw an identical skirt a week later at Spirit Halloween haha, though it was the stretchy version with no undershorts. No regrets though! I liked the zip, just make sure you order the right size.

*September 2023 Had made the decision in purchasing this Hoerev Women's Short High Waisted Pleated Skater Skirt, considering this was something, that I had wanted to both put together and match with a Ravenclaw Student costume, (of course being from the Harry Potter series) from a costume reference I had seen from one of the costume stores, Spirit Halloween. Unfortunately, for some reason, when I was attempting to select my size of this kind of skirt, it ended up not fitting me properly as soon as this had been delivered...Apparently my mistake with this product's listing, is that I haven't read through it thoroughly, (because supposedly, this product, is being sold in Asian size and not one from the United States..). Moreover, I was somewhat disappointed, that this pleated skater skirt hadn't fitted me well and that I ended up having to visit Kohl's to return this.

It’s a good skirt, no tummy control if you’re looking for it. It has shorts on the bottom, so that’s cool. It’s not see through, I think you should size down, I got an Small, im 5’0 130lbs

I would say that the sizing chart in the description is just slightly off. Note: I took my measurements and checked my weight the same morning that I purchased this skirt. I base my sizing decisions on the sizing chart and never on reviews. Height: 5’ 1” (155 cm), Weight: 164 lbs (74 kg), Waist: 33.8” (86 cm), Hips: 44” (112). Purchased a US 12 (tag XXXL). On my body, the waist rested about 1 inch below my rib cage. This is sort of expected due to my height, and I’m not mad because I was looking for something high waisted. There was about a 1 inch gap at the waistline, but I don’t mind taking it in. It is not too short & the pleats stay folded all the way around the skirt (all of my big booty girls know how much of a struggle this can be with pleated skirts lol). The shorts underneath are very stretchy, comfortable, and they don’t ride up too much. The zipper is a tad difficult to get over the first seam, but then fine. I was a bit concerned that I might break it if I wasn’t gentle. The color (red) was exactly as pictured in the photos and the fabric seems like good quality (thicker than expected). I ironed it once I received it with a bit of starch and steam on a level 4 and it seemed to get most of the wrinkles out. Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase. It’s very cute and a great option for short, big booty girls as long as you get your measurements right. Docking 1 star strictly because of sizing chart

Una gonna che non può mancare nel guardaroba anche se non si pratica il tennis. Il tessuto è di buona consistenza e le finiture sono decenti. Certo non un capo di alta moda, ma fa una bellissima figura. All'interno sono cuciti degli shorts in maglia molto elastica e leggera, che lascia traspirare bene. Le misure combaciano perfettamente con quanto dichiarato.

Materiał jest doskonały, bardzo wysokiej jakości. Pod spódnicą znajdują się szorty. Dla moich parametrów obwód talia/biodra: 65 cm/90 cm i wzrost 172 cm. Ma prosty krój, na brzuchu po jedzeniu będzie uciskana i dość krótka jak na mój wzrost.

Commandé en beige, taille 32 Je mesure 61cm de tour de taille, j'ai donc commandé en taille 32 (soit XXS en Europe mais XS pour la marque ?) car dans le tableau des tailles il était mentionné un tour de taille de 62cm. Or, la jupe est vraiment trop large au niveau de la taille ! Dommage car le tissus est joli tout comme la couleur ; la longueur quant à elle est également bonne pour mon 1m53.

Pour une jeune fille de 13 ans, 155 cm, 46 kg, nous avons opté pour la taille 34 (S) en se fiant aux indications du site quant au tour de taille (66). (Elle porte habituellement du XS en taille EU). La jupe lui va à merveille (mi-cuisses) et ne serre pas à la taille. Le short en dessous est invisible et agréable. La jupe semble de bonne facture.

it's a great product that has shorts sewn into the skirt ! i sized up one because it's something i always do when online shopping and even then, it fits as i expected it to ! i ordered a size 6 when im usually a size 4 and it fits me but not as tight as i hoped it would but that's my bad for sizing up !
