## Description

" ● About plantar fasciitis — a condition that develops when the plantar fascia — the band of tissue on the bottom of the foot that connects the heel to the toes and supports the arch — becomes inflamed or strained. ● Simple treatment methods — avoiding high-impact exercise, taking over-the-counter pain and inflammatory-proof medication, such as ibuprofen, using orthotics (shoe inserts) for added support and possibly icing the foot periodically. resolve symptoms for most people, although the pain usually takes months, sometimes longer, to fully heal. Our orthotics can help align the central three metatarsal shafts to correctly maintain the metatarsal bone position. Distributing the weight over the five metatarsal bones helps reduce impact and pressure,a common cause of the callus and burning pain in feet. The Arch Proper medial and lateral arch support reduces aches and pains, and promotes healthier functioning for superior natural shock absorption and a coiled spring effect in the foot. The Toe The generous toe box allows your toes to spread naturally, like a bare foot in wet sand. The result is better balance, less stress, and increased comfort. The Heel The sandal's heel cup cradles the foot, minimizes side-to-side movement, and provides stability and natural shock absorption. The heel cup centers and aligns the foot to minimize pronation and supination, reduce pressure on the arch, and enhance the body's natural cushioning and bone protection. Ideal for foot and heel conditions such as: ✔Flat Feet ✔Plantar Fasciitis ✔Foot, Arch and Heel Pain ✔Arthritis ✔Knee pain ✔Supination ✔Bunions ✔Overpronation

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Do these make a 30 something look like a senior citizen?**
A: I bought these because of my Plantar Fasciitis and I needed something to wear around the house because I have hard floors throughout. I have no intentions on wearing these outside my house and I guess that's saying a lot considering I am a senior.

**Q: Would these work for wide feet?**
A: I believe they do. I have wide feet and they fit comfortably.

**Q: which insole do I use? Are you suppose to use both at the same time? or can you switch depending?**
A: I have plantar fasciitis and these shoes kill my feet. I have worn them twice each time trying one of the included insoles. Neither one feels good on my feet. Plus, they are too wide on my feet which makes my feet look huge. I wish I could return them.

**Q: Are these men's? They are so wide and look big. I wear a 9, ordered 9 and they were huge.**
A: Mine were not men's. Did you put the orthopedic supports that come with them inside them? I did. When I put the supports inside, they fit. Without supports, they were loose, but still wearable. I normally wear a size 9 shoe.
