The sound quality is clear for both calls and music, and the noise-cancelling microphone does a really good job of reducing background noise during meetings. It’s lightweight and comfortable enough to wear for long periods, even during back-to-back video calls. The cable length is generous too, which makes it easy to move around without feeling restricted. I first bought these headphones so I could cancel out any surrounding noise whilst working from home and they worked very well for this as I never had any complaints. The headphones also work great in noisy office environments as people could still hear me fine so they are also good for Microsoft Teams. The build quality is good and I found them comfortable. After I accidentally stood on the headphones one of the arms is a bit loose which is the only reason I now need to replace them. Otherwise I’m confident that they would have lasted me for at least another year or 2 without a problem. So I can confirm that these are great value for money.

A: Yes it does. It works for all meeting forums, including MS Teams, Citrix, Webex.

A: Noise cancellation works by using the microphone to pick up low-frequency noise and neutralise it before it reaches the ear, this meaning that only the loudest of noise to the microphone is accepted.  If that makes sense.

**Q: Does the microphone mute when flipped up?**
A: No, but it has a button on the wire to mute it.

The Logitech H390 Wired Headset has been a great addition to my work setup. The sound quality is clear for both calls and music, and the noise-cancelling microphone does a really good job of reducing background noise during meetings. I was surprised the headset was a good as it is. Build quality is pretty good, ear pads are comfortable and good adjustment too. My only comment would be that whilst sound is overall good they are a little light on bass when listening to music. That said I use these mainly for business on Teams calls all day and they are not advertised as hi-fi headphones. Microphone works well with colleagues saying its very clear. Overall I recommend them as a good budget buy.
