I waited for several weeks to write this review because I wanted to see how the pan actually did. And I have to say I like it very much. It is a great size for my husband and I, and it's got pretty good nonstick qualities. And it's holding up well after 3 1/2 months of use . I usually use all clad cookware, which I have had for years and years and which I love. I do not use their nonstick skillets, however and I needed one. I won't tell you that this product is the same, but I will tell you that I have a lot of experience cooking in high-end cookware and this has pretty good heat retention, it seems not to have a lot of hotspots. And I'm impressed. I had purchased a similar style that was made by a very expensive manufacturer, and I absolutely disliked it so much that I ended up gifting it. It is very reasonably priced The handles are pretty sturdy in there bolted on The lid fits well and is oven safe So far no stains Pretty decent nonstick qualities I'm not gonna speak to the color, because you know, it's just a pan . I've used it in both the oven and on the stove top and had good results on both I would highly recommend this.

Got this amazing pan yesterday and used it today for the first time. I love it! To avoid sticking, I followed one reviewer’s instructions to get empty pan hot ( when a drop of water sizzles, it is hot .) Then add oil to cover bottom. When it sizzles, add food. Works like a charm! Nothing stuck and cleaning was a piece of cake. And no plastic from non-stick coating in our food. I was dubious about metal handles staying cool, but they did. This pan also fit better in cabinet than old fryer with long handle. This very moderately priced pan was just as good or better than the deluxe expensive ones. Let’s hope it doesn’t warp like my other one did.

I like two helper handles instead of a long skillet handle because you can put it in the oven, and it saves space on the stove top without the long handle to work around. It's actually a saute pan, but I use it as a skillet. I like the high sides, skillets are shallow. The cooking surface is great, and many times can be wiped clean with a paper towel. My Cuisinart skillets were 10 years old and the non-stick surface was gone. Everything was sticking. They needed to be replaced and I got these in 10 inch and 12 inch. I really like the convenience and thet cook really well. The only draw back is the handles get as hot as the skillet and I have to have hot pads nearby.

Wrote another review where I said I own 3 pans from Delarlo. I forgot that I have this big guy, so that makes 4! They are great products! This was much bigger than I expected, but it works very well. I don't use it every day like the others because of the size, but when I need a big pan it is excellent!

This pan is great! Perfect size and depth. I love a 10 inch pan and they’re tough to find. I cooked three large skinless chicken breasts on low heat. The vented lid does a great job. Perfectly cooked outcome, juicy and tender. The company gives you a nice booklet on norms for stainless steel cookware. It comes with a very nice cloth like cover.

So far, this chef's pan has worked very well for me. It is coated in the new non-stick coating that has some small texture that supposedly improves browning and non-stick performance. I can't tell if that's true but it seems to be as non-stick as straight teflon which is good with me, and much better than the variety of "non-stick" non-PTFE coatings that definitely stick in any but the most optimal conditions (like using lots of oil). The pan is well made and everything is solid and works properly. It is large enough (I'd guess 5+ quarts) to handle cooking in batches. The handle is good and avoids getting hot. It has a "helper" handle that I really like to lift the pan when filled with heavy or wet contents to make sure it does not tip. The lid is great -- allows steam to escape in limited amounts and is clear so you can see what's going on in the pan with it on. Overall I like this pan a lot and would definitely buy it again. It's my "go to" pan for just about anything other than boiling water and it has carried the weight well didn't cost a fortune.

Amazing pan for all the features the seller describes! Worth every penny! Literally used daily for almost all cooking on induction surface. Great height on sides, light weight and easy to clean! Well sealed glass lid rim so no food/liquid trapped.

Very good for first couple of months, but after searing the bottom turned black and has warped.

However, once I returned home and tried using it on my induction stove, I noticed that the pan had warped significantly—it could even spin on the stovetop!
