can this paint be used on a fire surround?

Hi. I sprayed an exhaust tail pipe, when it was hot the paint went a tint of yellow. Maybe ok on a fire surround tho, as may not get as hot. Hope this helps 👍🏻

will it be o k on my ironing board ,its going rusty

I used it on metal fire shovel and tongs after carefully cleaning and applying a rust treatment. It went on fine and looks good. Be careful to hold can 18 in away when spraying.

Can I use this on a fire surround, and does it just dry by itself?

I would not use it direct on the fire but a surround should be ok. I used it on a bike engine which gets very hot no problems so far and it drys fast got 2 cotes on within a hour. I think first time you use the fire it may smell as it "bakes off" PS. Use a good mask !!!
