Best mint marinade EVER
I’ve tried many of these but this one is the first from this make and i must say in all honesty this is the best most flavourful one I’ve EVER used it leaves just the right amount of flavour on your lamb joint so much so that we don’t need to use mint sauce or jelly anymore and we all love that sauce but we simply don’t need it anymore i get a leg of lamb bone it out then sprinkle this on the inside with a big sprig of rosemary then rub this marinade all over the joint once I’ve tied it back up then pressure cook it with the bones underneath and a stock pot jelly magic tasting thing ever you knorr the make of the best one in my opinion not stock cubes anymore their too salty, and trust me it comes out to die for with the most amazing gravy in the bottom no salt needed we don’t have it any other way and neither will you once you’ve tried this it’s truly sublime and the best I’ve ever purchased

Good quality and used by most high street butchers
Seen on the morrisons butcher counter. They add some to chops and put the price up even more for the "minted lamb chops" This is the second one ive bought. I dont use it as much due to the price of lamb. Good quality and gives it a nice mint taste. I add even more mint for added strength and some in the lamb gravey......

We tried the Chinese one
We purchased the Chinese version of the marinade last year, and then another this year... and we've also opted to try this Garden Mint Glaze as well this year. It's a mild version of mint, so won't offend anyone with being overly powerful but it's a little sweet as well, Makes for amazing caramelisation on food though, and retains the mint flavour. It's most definitely on par with the Chinese marinade, will probably buy both again. Our favourite so far has been pork shoulder, followed by broccoli. Yes broccoli, give it a try!
