great functionality, no more mopping
I have used it for almost a month now, of course at the beginning you are not sure on how this will be diferent from your normal dry vacuum cleaner but first of all this has the wet and dry vaccum, second its very useful that it "cleans" itself, like this is better than using a dirty mop on your floors all the time. I like the fast cleaning I can do, I get visitor or a party and in 10 minutes after they leave the house is already clean again. It comes with a cleaning solution that last a lot because its only 10-20ml that you add to the tank. The water after cleanings comes out incredibly dirty so I feel it does a good job. It has strong suction, it has even vaccum some toys which speaks for his suction power. I have hardwood floor and carpet on the rooms and so far so good. It has an AUTO mode and a POWER mode plus the vacuum only mode. Battery lasts for decades, I have never got it lower than 75% and that was using the power mode (small apartment). The auto cleaning tool is very useful, I like how it leaves the roller super dry after it, so it doesnt have any weird humid smell. Assembling was super easy and cleaning super easy also. Good price for a great solution, I only use the dreame and forgot about the mop forever.

Love it
i waited a little before writing this review because i wanted to make sure i really liked it and wasnt just exited at first 😅 honestly i used way more expensive and famous brands before but this one really suprised me. both vacuum and mopping performance is sooo good. the suction power is very strong and it doesnt leave dust, hair or crumbs on the floor.i also have a robot vacuum but most of the time i use this instead because its way more practical and easier. i think i became addicted to it 😂 the touch controls and transitions are very smooth. also the best thing is you dont even really push it, it kinda moves by itself and pulls foward. i never used something like this before. while cleaning you dont feel tired because its almost doing the work for you. you just hold it and guide it. my arm and back doesnt hurt after using it which is honestly amazing especially for everyday cleaning.only thing is you really need to clean the dirty water tank often because if you dont, after some time it can smell a little since dust and dirty water stays inside. but if you clean it regulary it works amazing.for price performance i honestly think its even better then some expensive brands i used before. i only bought it because someone reccomended it to me but now im really happy with it. especially if you have kids and clean floors everyday its super usefull. i have a 3 year old daughter and a son and my floors stays clean all day. no crumbs or dust on the floor anymore. our house is newly build so there was always dust everywhere but now it stays much cleaner during the day. overall im really satisfied with it.

Disappointed with Dreame - More like a Nightmare
I’m so disappointed. Long story long: I have purchased 3 different Dreame brand hydrovacs in the last year and a half. The first one was one of the first models sold and was on the cheaper side. No fancy bells and whistles. It self cleaned and was cordless. I loved it for the year that it worked. When I purchased the second, I splurged and purchased a more expensive Dreame hydrovac that had the self drying feature and the ability to reach under furniture by having the clean water tank on top of the floor/base piece rather than on the back of the device. At the time I was thinking they’ve probably gotten better in time and also realizing you get what you pay for - the first one was cheap and this one was more expensive. A more expensive version would surely be better, right? But they work so well, even if it lasts a year, it will be worth it to me not to have to sweep and mop 2 and 3 times a week. I also read reviews and didn’t see anything alarming. UNFORTUNATELY, within 4 weeks, the more expensive model was leaking water from the clean water tank and quite literally falling apart. I contacted customer support and they sent a new clean water tank. (Customer support was very friendly, helpful, and quick. I appreciated that) HOWEVER, within another 4 weeks, the new part also began to crack and leak water. I followed all the instructions and guidelines for maintaining the device and it didn’t matter. It still fell apart. At this point, I decided to try one more time and get a cheaper option again, which is the Dreame H12 Pro. (They no longer sell the first model I purchased) The cheaper model has the clean water tank on the back of the device rather than on top of the floor piece/base of the device. The first one I purchased also had the clean water tank on the back of the device and I thought that may be what makes a difference in how well they work. I also must say, when the devices work, they work so well, which is why I tried THREE models in an attempt to find the same satisfaction as my first purchase. When they work, they make life so much easier for someone like me who is a single mom who works full time. I was hopeful the 3rd time would be the charm but almost immediately after taking it out of the box, it wouldn’t charge on the charging base. I had such a hard time getting it to charge and if it won’t charge, it also won’t self clean. It won’t do anything. I’ve finally given up the fight with this brand. I don’t have time to go back and forth with customer support every time there’s an issue. I just need the product I purchase to do what it’s supposed to do. It’s my own fault for purchasing the same brand (differing models) 3 times. The only reason I did that is because when they work, they really save so much time and clean so well. The first purchase lasted a decent amount of time for the price I paid. I thought maybe I just got a lemon with my second purchase. But the 3rd purchase was finally all the proof I needed. DO NOT BUY THIS BRAND. It hurts me to say that because I was so excited with my first purchase for the year that I used it. Ridiculously, I just purchased my FOURTH wet dry vacuum in a relatively short amount of time, and I’m praying the Kenmore brand will be reliable. It was $199 which is much less than my 2nd and 3rd Dreame purchases. If not, I guess I’ll go back to a broom, separate mop and water bucket, and a regular vacuum. Finally, in my opinion, the clean water tank being on the back of the device is more reliable than being mounted on top of the floor/base piece. IF, your device will charge at all and IF it will self clean at all. I’m not made of money. Life isn’t easy in this economic climate and it’s really stupid of me to keep buying the same brand. If you reply to this, don’t be mean to me please. Believe me, I know how stupid it is.

Your floors are filthy
I thought my floors were clean. They weren’t, and yours probably aren’t either. Hold on tight because the self-propeller takes off. This vac/mop is a powerhouse. It hugs the walls like no other. Now, you will be disgusted when you empty that dirty water tank but have no fear the mop cleans and drys the head after each use. It’s a wonderful tool and worth every dime. I can only speak to the battery life that I can do my 3.5 (roughly 12x12) rooms with 2 passes and still not go below 85% It was packaged extremely well with just about every inch covered in plastic film. The company must take pride in the work to protect it so well. Included was an extra filter, mop head and cleaning solution.

This Vauum cleans
I recieved my new toy, I mean.... ~~~~Dreame H12 Pro~~~~~ wet dry vacuum. I had the corded purple Bissell crosswave pro pet, I will not go into it, if you like, you can read my review on it..... Anyway, I researched these types of cleaners for close to two months before purchasing. For the price, I wanted to make sure my money was getting what I needed. I searched online, you tube, and also reviews on Amazon. I decided on this model and was happy to see it was on sale when I finally decided on which one . This cleaner is awesome. I cleaned close to 1500 Sq ft of hardwood floors in 45 minutes. I had to empty the dirty water tank twice, and that was mostly because of the animal hair/dust etc it sucked up! I have 2 dogs, and 4 cats, grand baies, 2 adults, cockatoo, plus I have long hair. (I had swept prior to using this vacuum earlier in the day). I did have to refill the clean water tank once after initial fill, I ran out short in the last room, and also, for the self clean cycle. The machine itself is quiet. It is self propelled. Which my arthritis loves. No triggers to squeeze for cleaning water, it does it. Now there will be streaks showing, but only when WET, dry, none what so ever. The edge cleaning is fantastic! Having the edge cleaning on both size vs one side as most have, it awesome. No need to chane angle or direction of the vacuum to get all the crud along the edges or corners. It does get up to the edge of the woodwork. No line to see clean and dirty floor. Some reviews said the cleaning solution was strong, I found the smell not to be. I am sensitive to smells and odors. Which second, some said there is an odor, none here, not even in the self clean cycle. You do need to clean out the dirty water tank after each use. If you do not, that will become very odorous. Personally, I just feel it's common sense to clean it out after each use. Deep clean brush by hand if really gross too. If you pay for it, you should take care of it to make your purchase last longer, perform as it should, along with not throwing the money spent out the window!!! Ok.... My test was a big flower pot full of wet dirt that my cat knocked over after he threw up a hair ball the day before it arrived. I did not try an egg, they are too expensive to waste, besides who needs an egg when you have the blessing of furbabies accidents?! The dirt was still some what wet, and it sucked it up like bread crumbs with no spewing dirt around. The present from the cat was very dry and stuck. It came up without any problem. It ramped up, as it does when it senses more of a mess, and was ok, donne with that 8n no time at all!!! Cat litter was no competition! Sucked it right up too, same as the dirt!! It even took care of a potty accident of the solid kind without any difficulty in turbo mode. It is very quiet in the cleaning mode. At 100% charge, I had 23% left when done with the floors. Another plus is, it sits up and once it is sitting upright, it runs a few seconds, then shuts off. This helps to save the charge. This vacuum does not fall over like the crosswave it, or even my cordless vacuum. Ohhhh yes, it works great on just vacuuming, that's what I used for the dirt, and turbo mode for the cat litter. I did use turbo mode for most of my floors for the extra cleaning. It pulls you, not you it!!! It also talks to you. That was strange! Tells you when the canister needs empty or filled, what mode it is in, and powering on and off. The floors feel clean to your bare feet, not sticky like some mops and cleaners do. The floors dried quickly too. I will update in a couple months to see if my wallet is not as mad that I spent this much on a vacuum. It was not a drugery to clean floors. That is a big plus! No mess, no mops, buckets, no pre-sweeping..... Being cordless is 100% favorable!!! It charged in about 3.5 hours. I love it having a dock and always being charged. No batteries to take out to charge separately! No cord to trip over, plug in, re-plug in....... This machine is not light, the self propel evens that out. It is not all plastic either. Nice construction. Very easy to put together, clean roller and replace. No struggling to take and re-place clean/dirty tanks. The size of the unit allows to get under furniture, corners etc. Also, it does not take much room for the self charger and vacuum together. No, I am not being paid for this review, nor given the unit or discount in return for a favorable review. Like I said, in a couple months I will update this! Happy Cleaning!!!

self-cleaning, long lasting battery, lightweight, easy to use
I bought this to make cleaning up after my kids a little easier, and it has honestly been one of my favorite cleaning purchases. No need to manually mop anymore and being able to vacuum and mop at the same time saves me so much time, especially with all the crumbs, spills, and everyday messes around the house. The suction is strong, and it cleans right up against the walls, which my old cleaner always missed. I also love the self-cleaning feature with the hot air drying—it keeps the roller clean and doesn’t leave that damp, musty smell. The battery lasts long enough for me to clean my main living areas on one charge, and it’s lightweight enough that I don’t mind using it every day. If you have kids or pets and hard floors, I definitely recommend giving this a try. I’m really happy with this purchase and wish I had bought it sooner!

Decent vacuum mop
I’ve had this vacuum mop for a week and a half and I’ve used it a handful of times already. This is my first vacuum mop so I don’t have any comparison to other brands. Overall, this is great for daily vacuuming and quick mopping. I have 3 inside dogs, 2 of which shed insanely so I ALWAYS have dog hair. The suction on this machine is amazing, it will suck up the hair before you even get to it and it DOES get all the way to the baseboards. It has a suction only mode which is good for just vacuuming and does well on that setting. It automatically turns on to auto mode and is self propelling so it’s easy to maneuver, however, I have to switch arms frequently as it pulls so much that it starts to hurt my shoulder after 2 rooms (my house is 1600 sq ft with 10 rooms and a hallway). The self cleaning mode does a decent job at getting the brush roller clean but after 2 uses I have to take it out and just rinse it out really good with hot water. The drying mode takes about an hour to complete one cycle but does dry the brush and the stand completely. If I take the brush roller out to rinse it, then it takes 2 drying cycles to completely dry. It doesn’t always automatically go to self cleaning mode when you put it on the charger so I just make sure to hit the button when I place it on the charger. I clean the dirty water tank each time I use it to keep it from smelling and I haven’t had any issues with a musty smell… yet. It comes with a brush to clean the tubes which has a cutter inside the handle to cut any hair off of the roller, an extra filter and an extra brush roller. It does automatically kick up power when it detects a dirtier spot and then drops back down and there’s a light around the display screen that changes from green to yellow to red to let you know. When you put it in ultra mode, you have to wait 30 seconds. The only issues I have noticed so far is that the cleaner that it comes with doesn’t really have a smell so it doesn’t leave the house smelling fresh and clean (personal preference), it leaves streaks no matter which way I use the vacuum (vertical or horizontal to the floor pattern) but you can really only tell on darker colored floors and I’ve noticed it’s less noticeable if you go with the floor pattern first and then go back and go the opposite direction but then you’re mopping the same room twice. I had to lay it down to get something unstuck from the roller and the dirty water leaked out of the very top air vents but it stopped leaking as soon as I picked it up and I mistakenly left it running (it doesn’t not automatically stop if you tip it) so I was able to just vacuum it right back up. The only time it automatically stops is if you leave it sitting up right for a few seconds and then it automatically starts again when you’re ready. It is kind of hard to get it to stand up right as it is self propelling and it just wants to keep rolling so I have to put my foot on the front of it to keep it still and then lift the back. It does NOT leak when left standing up right or sitting in one spot for a few seconds like I know happens with other brands. Another tip, clean out the dirty water tank before you start self cleaning if you have a lot of hair/debris in the tank already or it will spill dirty water all over the charging station and overflow to the floor leaving a huge mess (this only happened when I had a lot of dog hair stuck in the dirty water tank tube and didn’t know it). The machine talks and it will literally tell you what to do or what it needs. The machine itself is quite heavy so I don’t think it would be ideal for someone who doesn’t have a lot of strength to pick it up and carry it from room to room. Everything is relatively easy to use and take out. The filter on top of the dirty water tank can be taken out and rinsed out as well, hair can get trapped in there too. The battery life is amazing, I usually have about 30-40% left when I get done with all the rooms. Overall, I’m very happy with this as it was taking me an hour and a half to sweep and mop my house regularly so this has cut down that time tremendously. It takes me about 25-30 minutes to do my entire house (quick clean) and about 45 minutes if I go over each room twice to avoid streaks.

Wish I'd bought one of these years ago!
This Dreame vacuum mop has come in sooo handy! I am really happy with how this wet dry vacuum cleans my floors. It easily suctions up both dry crumbs and wet spills in a single pass, which saves me a lot of time when I need to do a quick cleanup. The suction power is strong enough to handle everything from spilled cereal to muddy footprints left by the kids. It even cleans up the stray pieces of catfood that my robot vac would miss. I love that the battery lasts long enough for me to finish my kitchen and bathrooms without needing a recharge. The large water tank is another great feature because I do not have to stop constantly to keep refilling it. And since it's cordless, I don't have to stop to plug in/unplug when moving from room to room. I also love that the roller brush reaches right up against the baseboards and corners to catch hidden dirt. And when I'm finished cleaning, the charging dock automatically washes and dries the brush with hot air. The vac mop literally cleans itself so there isn't any bad smells or mildew. It is lightweight and easy to move from spot to spot. It glides across my tile floors smoothly with very little effort. Emptying the dirty water tank is simple and quick when the job is done. I was a little hesitant because I don't want a bunch of water left behind, but it really gets it clean without leaving any puddles.

Most amazing floor cleaner I've ever had
After returning two high-end mopping vacs, I gave up on robot vacuums altogether, they just don’t deliver the performance I’m looking for. The Dreame H12 Pro Wet Dry Vacuum Cleaner has exceeded my expectations for my hardwood floors, it has outperformed every robot vacuum I’ve tried. I’m impressed it comes with an additional filter and roller, plus a starter bottle of floor cleaner (none of the premium robot vacs I tried included cleaning solution). The H12 Pro tackles messes effortlessly, and the display is easy to read, showing battery life as a countdown from 100%. The self-cleaning and drying function is a feature I really appreciate, and the dual water tanks are simple to fill and rinse. Compared to other mop-vacs in its class, I found the H12 Pro to be reasonably priced without compromising on quality. My only issue is that it doesn’t work well on carpet (it struggles to move and clean effectively) but, since my entire main floor is hardwood, that’s not an issue for me. Every time I use it, I’m genuinely impressed, Dreame is becoming one of my favourite trusted brands.
