there was a bright red mark on my skin so I didn't use them again.

Brilliant ... My wife's in a wheelchair so can't do excercise so have rely on diet and these patches. She lost 2 inches of her waist!

Honestly total waste of money, cheaper Pat he's of temu that worked better. I also had an allergy to the cheap plaster.
