I bought this replacement battery for my HP Pavilion cs0000, and it has worked really well so far. The battery capacity is solid—it charges fully without issues and holds power much better than my old original battery. I’m getting a noticeable improvement in battery life, enough for regular browsing, work, and streaming without needing to plug in constantly. The installation was pretty simple. It comes with a small tool kit, and even though I’m not a technician, I was able to swap the battery in just a few minutes. The tools included were actually useful and made the process easier. This battery saved me from having to buy a new laptop. I have an HP laptop and the battery had swelled and broke the mouse. My husband used the plastic pry tool included to open up the laptop. Unfortunately my laptop would not release completely. Whether that was our inability to get it off, or the way my laptop is made, I'm not sure. We still had room to get the old swollen battery out and the new one installed. I let it drain as suggested in the instructions before the initial charge to 100%. It charges up very fast and works great. I would purchase this battery again.

As Described the Battery Pack work perfect with my Old Laptop HP Pavilion G6 and have No issues replacing the old battery with. So great that even had power store for me to boot the laptop right from the package and without first charging it. I am very please with the battery quality, the price, the feel of it and how it fit perfect. The installation was super easy, just removing the old one and alining the new one into place.

HP didn't make changing the battery on my wife's dq-14 easy, so it was rather pleasant to have this replacement battery fit right in place and charge up normally straight out of the box. Instructions aren't included, so you'll need to find other sources for that, and the plastic tool that came with my battery is shaped like a guitar pick rather than what is shown in the product photos, so I have to deduct a star for those, but other than that I'm pretty happy with the product so far. Now of course, it hasn't even been a week yet, so I have no way of knowing what the longevity is like; but the battery has done what I've expected from it thus far. Tip: I didn't know this beforehand, and it scared the bejeebers out of me, but after installing the battery and powering up for the first time, you're (most likely) going to get a "CMOS checksum error" page displayed, along with the message that it is going to revert to factory defaults! This is after the laptop had already taken an unusually L-O-N-G time to start up. So long, in fact, that I thought the battery was defective... and then to get a CMOS error on top of that? I had visions of my wife losing all her files, you know?! If it happens to you, don't panic. It's normal. The BIOS just has to get the new hardware registered internally. It only happens the first time after installation/charging. See why I deduct a star for no instructions? Panic could have easily been averted if they had just mentioned that up front. Actually, I can't really say they didn't provide "any" instructions, just nothing useful. All they give you are the "covering our asses" safety instructions for morons (you know, like don't work on your computer while it's plugged in and those sorts of things). Anyway, back on point, a CMOS error after installing the battery is not the end of the world.

Swapped this unit for dean one in my laptop and 1 year late its still working great with zero issues.

The battery was used after two full charges. My laptop was not used for one week and the unit would not power on. No power lights even came on. The original battery hasn't been used for three weeks but held it's charge although it was removed from the laptop.

The battery arrived on time and is working like a charm.
