Lovely but for the instruction sheet
4 stars because for such a great product the instructions are an absolute disappointment. Clearly translated from some other language portions of it do not make proper sense at all. Were I not professionally trained in the electronics/electrical field I wonder how I would have figured it out. Once you get it working it's a wonderful little tool. Very helpful.

Fantastic, Perfect - no complaints!
Use it in my camper to turn lights on in the morning.The device has an internal battery and uses 12V DC to keep that charged and operate the internal relay switch (which can switch DC or AC).The manufacturer uses the AC symbol to suggest the 12V supply can be connected either way round. This confused me a little but there is an example diagram with the instructions.

Did'n't work for me I wanted coming of car battery ...
Did'n't work for me I wanted coming of car battery 12v in and 12v out when I set timer and it goes to timer onred light comes on top left of piccy but no output at all. All plus and minus are correct.I put multimeter on it and nothing so for now I put back on my light/night switch cover it and power goes on.

It's very good but wish I could use it in a 2 way configuration
I would have loved to have been given the options to use NO or NC, so that I can connect this in a two-way setup. That's my only gripe. It however works well, and the built-in battery seems to last for ages.

Probably good but instructions are poor!
I bought this as a timer - I have no idea what to do with it - the instructions are very basic unless you are an electrician no doubt. So I bought a normal one you can plug in and this one is sitting in my drawer. Im sure it is excellent but dont buy unless you have a solder iron!

Wiring diagram awful for wiring lights in chicken house but found a dude on youtube wiring a freezer in on his boat. Got it in 2 mins. Seems v good value at under a fiver

No probs
I'm running this off a 12v battery and using it to power LEDs at 12v. It arrived promptly and works perfectly. Easier to programme than a similar timer I had previously.

Like one of the other reviews here noted
Like one of the other reviews here noted, it doesn't work. Clock and power light function correctly, but the circuit does not close (power up) when using either the timer or manual switch. Tested it with a multi-meter in all wiring configurations and never got it to work.
