What I can say is that these handles are great for the price. I have wrist issues from lifting for so many years these handles keep my wrist stable. It definitely is a game changer. I also purchased the long bar with the handles and all I can say is wow. I’m hitting muscle fibers that I couldn’t with the traditional gym lat pulldown bar. For the price it’s worth trying.
