This is a Great Chef's knife for less than $25 and you will love it
This is a well made Chef's knife. I was concerned when I first got it and found out it was made in China.When i asked the company. They told me that the knife is German Design and made with Japanese steeland made in a factory in China that also makes swords. This knife is not for the faint of heartWhen my wife opened it Christmas day she was pleasantly surprised. This knife also comes with its ownstorage case. This is a Chef's knife that compares to or better than those advertised by chef's on the foodnetwork. This knife is razor sharp and will cut almost anything. If thought you could not afford a good chef's knifeyou can I just checked the price and it is less than $25. It's worth it. I may get another one....

I was really impressed with the purchase!
I was looking for a japanese chef knife with wooden handle. And I found what I was looking for. But then I was impressed because it was looking better than on the photos. That is funny, it's usually the other way around. When I started using this knife, it has quickly become my favourite knife to use in my daily routine.Here is what I like about it:- The handle fits perfect in my hand making slicing or chopping more comfortable.- The bolster perfectly balances the knife and protects my index finger when I cut something very hard for a long time.- It has a very good, balanced weight.- It looks amazing, especially with the wooden box.So, it is the perfect accessory in my kitchen since it cut vegetables and bread, meat and potatoes, soft and hard food, without ever becoming dull or rusted.If you want a beautiful knife for a nice price, this is definitely the knife you're looking for.

Unsure of quality
The media could not be loaded. After a couple months of regular usage and hand washing, the handle cracked and the blade started to chip. It’s now unsafe to use, as possible shards of steel may be coming off the blade. Highly dissatisfied with this purchase and wouldn’t recommend.

I love this knife
I love this knife. Replaced several other ones. Thinking of getting another. I think once you have tried this one, you will see nothing compares to it.Even the more expensive ones. And this knife is razor sharp. Everything from meat to vegetable etc. Perfect all around knife. Light weight and easy to cut,chop,slice etc.Also comes with a nice wooden storage box.

Perfect for anyone looking to upgrade without spending too much
This is my first chefs knife that cost more than $10, and it was worth every cent. The blade and handle are beautiful. It's balanced well and very comfortable in your hand, but more importantly it's very sharp and with proper maintenance stays that way. Having a real knife makes a world of difference and I'd recommend this knife to any home chef looking to upgrade on a budget. The dimensions are quite standard and it is an easy knife to handle, also making it a great gift for anyone!
