Great fresh juice
Very good - even if a little expensive definitely worth it though. As it’s a pure fresh product make sure you check use by date straight off. Usually you only get around 10 days.

Taste is good, but not as good as some I’ve had previously.

Refreshing drink for sunny days
I found this to be delicious, especially Yuzu on the rocks topped up with lemonade. You can also swap lemonade with soda water, and add a little agave syrup to sweeten to taste. Next up will find a mix with this Yuzu to make the perfect alcoholic cocktail, I'll keep you posted 👌🏽

Lovely produce
Nice taste, really good but too little for the price

Lacking in fragrance and complexity.
Yuzu is an incredible experience, citrus new game+, with a beautifully nuanced fragrance and a complex flavour profile that justify it as an expensive treat. This just doesn't live up to expectations, and is far closer to concentrated, cloudy lemon juice, than any Yuzu juice I've had before. There is the merest hint of grapefruit and clementine on the pallette, and the mouthfeel is richer than regular lemon juice, but it in no way justifies spending 10 times more than the cost of lime juice from the supermarket. Now, this is a natural product, and as such subject to variation, and I may just have had a bad bottle, but as it can't be returned I'll not be able to find out.

Product not at its best.
Product had only 5mths left on best before date. It is not an item I will use daily or even weekly, so it's unlikely I will be able to use it all, or even use most of it, before it has expired. However, it appears it may already be expired as it had split/separated and I was not able to use in the Midori Sour cocktail recipe it was bought for. It left lots of lumps and speckles in the drink. It had similar appearance of gone off milk in a cup of tea. Not impressed at all.

YUZU is a lovely addition to your cooking cupboard, but this particular one is perhaps too expensive.
