I rarely write reviews but this little miracle has to get one. I recently rescued an elderly cat from the home where it had been abandoned. Brought it home and introduced it to my cat. They had started getting along and we moved. He started bullying my resident cat and yowling at night. Then my family came to stay with me with their cat while their house was being treated for pests. He started being aggressive with my resident cat and physically attacking him. I was trying everything I could find to calm him down including bully drops, a calling collar, etc. It was getting so bad that i had to lock both cats in at night so the yowling would not wake the neighbors. This meant i couldn't sleep. My poor resident baby stopped coming to bed because the rescue was sleeping there and guarding me. I am very against pharmaceuticals but finally asked the vet for gabapentin and started dosing him at night just for some relief. This traumatized both of us because he really didn't want the gaba. I then read about this and decided it was worth a shot. Started first dose with breakfast. Day 1 the bullying and stare downs stopped, and no night time yowling. He spent the day napping outside enjoying summer weather like a normal cat rather than shoving to me like his life depended on it. Day 2 he was so calm that he and my resident were actually napping next to each other. This has never happened before. He is no longer following me around all day and guarding me, and resident cat is back in bed for evening snuggles. And this is only Day 2 after only 6 doses. This stuff truly is a miracle. Worth every penny.

I have a cat nearly 19 years old! There is nothing wrong with her. She can still move, see, and kinda hear..She has been yowling for a few years but recently has started doing it ALL NIGHT LONG! She sounds like a baby being tortured! ! I live in a condo and she has her house on the balcony due to my son's allergies...I know the neighbors can hear it. I have a hard time sleeping anyway and I swear she waits just until I'm finally in a deep sleep..Rescue Remedy has changed both our lives! I give it to her right before I go to bed and she stays quiet almost all night....I am not constantly annoyed and angry with her and she feel's it..She even looks better! We can now live in harmony and I can give her her best life without all the anxiety on both our parts..I was sooo skeptical because I spent so much money on calming everything and also because I bought it for my Doodle for his haircuts and it did nothing for him..I am sure my neighbors are happy as well..I just hope it keeps working for the time we have left..

These appear to be working. A few months after my elderly cat died, my remaining 8 yr old cat seemed lost and lonely. So I adopted a 10 year old to be a companion. I kept them separate for a month, then introduced them slowly. But we still had fights, territorial issues, and the new cat bullying the old cat. Friends suggested I try Rescue Remedy. Things changed for the better rather quickly. TBH, it’s hard to know exactly which product(s) is giving the benefit, because I hit the cats with a triple whammy – pheromone diffuser, treats, and drops. I do feel the drops are working. The new cat, I mix about six drops with her wet food, and she eats it right up. The other cat won’t eat canned food, but does like the gravy, so I put the drops in her tablespoon of gravy. She wouldn’t eat it. I tasted the drops and, yes, they do have a pretty strong flavor – I wouldn’t eat them, either, TBH. So I increased the amount of gravy, and reduced to just one or two drops of RR. Amazingly, shortly after eating, they both go right to sleep. I had a hard time believing that whatever the ingredients are would get into their blood stream and affect them that quickly, but it seems to be so. Over a couple of weeks, the cats became more tolerant of each other. Sniffing butts, standing a few feet apart, and swipes and fights have become rare. In fact, after about a month, I’m not using the drops on a daily basis anymore. I did dose them up when I had the roof replaced, because there was hammering overhead all day. Definitely helped. Good product. With two cats, the small bottle goes pretty fast. I’ve already re-ordered, but got the larger bottle 2-pack this time.

I volunteer at a cat rescue and we use this for all newly arrived cats who are scared and/or shut down. Within a few days, almost all of the cats are as calm and if they had been in the shelter for weeks. This really works well.

Used Bach Rescue Remedy for Cats for over 30 years. It is calming to them without any harm. Used as many times as needed without worries.
