Excellent knife.
I had low expectations for this knife considerin it cost only twenty bucks but I was pleasantly surprised. It came reasonably sharp that factory sharpening is never adequate for me and on this knife I decided to find out just how sharp it could be, so I first sharpened it on a 1000 grit King water stone then, just for fun, I hit it on the 5000 grit too. WOW! This knife can take an edge! It can keep it too, at least as well as any of my other knives. Super sharp, very light weight and a very useful style. What's not to like? I highly recommend this knife.

SHARP
SUPER sharp and look great! Not for beginners though! I'm pretty practiced with cooking knives, and i still managed to get myself pretty good cleaning it when it cut through the sponge I was using like it was nothing! And again wiping some food that was stuck on the side of the blade!

Great product
Wow, I have been at quite a few places in the restaurant industry ( kitchen) I have had knives, good knives, & great knives, but these are on another level, insane balance and feel, I can really chop or dice fast, fast. Incredibly sharp, great movement and motion, WHAT A GREAT DEAL!!!

Ok, but better products elsewhere
I like this knife, comfortable, and I like the other knives in the set. Sadly they must be stamped and made with a cheaper steel. They dull very quickly. I sharpened them and again they dull fast.
