Good motor strength, easy calibration and balancing process, feels well built
Im using nikon z50 with standard kit lens and this gimbal works perfectly with it. Very stable, good motor strength, easy calibration process and easy to balance. The only thing i don't like about the gimbal is the mount that you attach at the bottom of the camera. Nikon z50 has a display that flips and in order for you to put the mount, the little bit of plastic that keeps the mount straight goes under the screen of camera so you cant close the screen properly. It is a bit ajar. though you can buy a cheap camera mount compatible with the gimbal and this resolves the issue Otherwise very happy with the purchase. Its not light as you might think (because its mini) but definitely not heavy. I found the product a bit expensive but You get what you pay for as I bought another gimbal over this initially as it was half the price of dji gimbal but I returned it as not serving its purpose and it feels very flimsy. So I bought the dji rs3 mini and returned the other one. Im now very happy with my set-up.

Very capable
Seems to cope fine with ZV-E1 or FX30 with sensible lenses on up to 105mm.There are some useful videos on youtube will help set it up to behave more smoothly more than you get from default settings.Though must admit like my previous gimbal it rarely gets used after initial enthusiasm.it is most useful on FX30 which doesn't have dynamic stabilisation of ZV-E1

Great gimbal, OUTSTANDING service!
The media could not be loaded. If you’re on the fence about buying a the RSC2 gimbal from DJI, let me tell you – you can go ahead right now. And for two key reasons. First it delivers great footage. I’ve used it over the last 3 years to record silky smooth footage of the GB Head Table Tennis Coach, Alan Cooke, at a summer training camp. And I took it on safari recently to Tanzania where my tracking shots kept the horizon unbelievably level even when the Toyota Landcruiser was rocking and rolling like it was on the high seas. The second reason you should be reassured about buying from DJI? Gotta tell you its service and support is absolutely out of this world. I have never had such great service, with any product, from any global supplier. Full stop. During the safari I lost a screw from the roll axis of the gimbal. Didn’t notice. Lost on the floor somewhere. Came home, went online, got into chat with Oliver, 8 hours round the world in China. Oliver asked me to send a picture of where the screw sat, so I did. He contacted the Europe service centre who sent me a replacement screw. Just days later. I was just hoping for a part number so I could find a replacement myself. But I got a new screw, the exact right one.But the story – and the level of service I got from DJI– doesn’t stop there. I replaced the screw and unfortunately the roll axis was still jittery. I picked up the email thread and Kobe this time asked me to send a quick video of the jittering. I did that - and he suggested I send it to a service centre. In mainland Europe. But I’m in London. Do I part with my gimbal, trust it to parcel carrier? Will it actually be fixed, I wondered? And will I ever get it back? Well, I gave it a shot.Registered on the DJI site, got a UPS shipping label in seconds, took it to the shipping hub just 5 minutes away from my office and that part was over. Couple of days later, no more, got a call. To fix it was going to cost about £70 sterling, and I’d need to pay for the courier, but Kate in the Netherlands said they would ship me a new RSC2 gimbal. For all the trouble I’d been to. It arrived today. About a week after I shipped it to them.I’m blown away. I was a fan of DJI before. Now I’m a superfan. Full disclosure: I’m NOT connected financially in any with the company. If you’re on the fence about buying a DJI product you have my 100% support. Never experienced any support like this for anything, ever. Go ahead. You won’t regret it.

The perfect balance between value & performance!
Easy to calibrate & operate and the quality is excellent. Portability is also great - I frequently travel with the gimbal. The DJI Ronin app helps to double-check balancing & can be used as a virtual joystick.

Product is good, Service is dreadful
The item came on time, however, the packaging was damaged I thought nothing of it as it was just getting binned anyway. However, upon opening the package it had missing parts, with the rails and body showing scratches and marks as if it was used before. both of these things paired together I can only guess that DJI was too lazy to actually check their returned items to even make sure all things were present before shipping it off again for a quick buck, for over £500 and it is advertised as new id expect at least all the parts to be present. I've gotten a 2nd one shipped out to me but I have missed out on a £300 video shoot due to this incident. Great product just make sure you don't rely on all the parts coming

Great little gimbal to get started on the journey
I'm new to all this so didn't want to dive too deep. This came up on offer and I'm very pleased with it. A few funny looks from the neighbours as I ran around the front garden testing it.The DJI phone app isn't on the Google Play store so you have to install it separately (the registration process tells you what you need to do) but it doesn't "feel" right. The app works well and I haven't had my bank accounts emptied so all seems ok.I found the initial calibration a mite confusing but the old YouTube came to my rescue when the DJI Manual left me confused.I have a Panasonic Lumix so it doesn't offer bluetooth support for controlling my camera but I has able to plug in via USB. Downside of that is I can no longer use the camera USB port for e.g. USB NVMI drive but what would modern life be like without compatibility issues.. That said, for the way I'm currently using the gimbal I don't bother with any of this. The only problem I had was that initially the RS3 Mini would not charge past 20%. I cannot really explain why but I only found one of my thousand USB adapters would charge it (despite saying they were charging) which really doesn't make any sense so I'm a little uneasy about that.
