Sometimes Go pro will give battery error. you have to.. 1. turn off go pro and remove Telesin battery. 2. insert official go pro battery. but don't turn on camera 3. camera's red light will flash automatically. remove official battery now. 4. insert Telesin battery now. camera won't show error now. (so don't buy this if you don't have another go pro battery to fix this error. just buy go pro batteries. go pro batteries are almost same price if bought in pair.)

It's disheartening to report that the battery is no longer functional within such a short period, leaving me without a reliable power source for my GoPro. Adding to the frustration is the lack of warranty support for the TELESIN Battery. With the battery failing well within a reasonable usage timeframe, the absence of warranty coverage exacerbates the dissatisfaction. To make matters worse, the customer support for this product is based in China, leading to communication challenges and delays in seeking resolution. In summary, my experience with the TELESIN Battery for GoPro Hero 11/10/9 has been very poor. Its short lifespan and lack of warranty, coupled with difficult customer support channels, have left me regretting this purchase. As a customer who values reliable and long-lasting products, I am disappointed by the overall quality and support associated with this battery.
