Nutricost Zinc Carnosine 86mg, 120 Capsules, Zinc L-Carnosine Supplement

I suffer from Visceral Hypersensitivity. People often forget just how much the brain and gut are connected, after I purchased this I have been seeing significant change in my gut. This exact Zinc is used in japan as an approved prescription medication that is used primarily to treat gastric ulcers and protect the stomach lining. Very cool supplement and definitely worth the money.

I am in full-blown, menopause, and at some point developed Eczema. on my feet for the first time ever. My doctor recommended this to help and I will say I don't have nearly as much itch as I did before. It's not gone, but it's still early and feels better. I will update later , but it's definitely worth a try.

First, I have been purchasing Nutricost supplements for several years and do like them for their quality. Manufactured in a GMP facility, end product tested by an independent third-party lab. Both are critical for dietary supplements due to the relative lack of FDA oversight for these products. The capsule size is sufficient for the dose quantity and not too large to be difficult to swallow. Health claims aside, this is a good quality supplement to take for the intended purpose. I highly recommend Nutricost products and this specific supplement. (I am a retired pharmacist who was once in the dietary supplement business).

I’ve been suffering from IBS symptoms for a decade. The last 4 years or so it was getting worse. Diarrhea practically at any moment and when it hits I’d usually have only a few minutes warning. Too often, I wouldn’t make it. Oof! Tried prescribed medication that had no effect even I had to take it 4x a day. Once I started taking Zinc Carnosine…diarrhea is completely gone for the last 6 months or so. Now only taking it once every other day to maintain and feeling good.

Good Supplement

I bought this to help with gut lining integrity. I am not sure if it's working; probably too early to tell, but I am certainly having zero side effects or issues. Seems to be a reputable product.
