Amazon made me censor my review, I have no idea why - they probably don’t either. Anyway, it helped me heal during a nightmare Crohn’s flare. This is a top-tier supplement. I will always keep it in my house. Saved me a ton of digestive pain and systemic issues.

Didn't notice anything my first month of taking 1 pill a day of Zinc Carnosine but kept taking it. Now after a month, I am noticing positive changes. I get a rash on my arms from my leaky gut when I eat the foods I should not eat and it was getting really red and bad. Embarrassing to show my arms. After a month on Zinc Carnosine, my arm rash is starting to heal. I'd say it's at least 50% or more reduced. Ordering more and hope the results and healing continue.

This is needed to help heal the gut after a Candida overgrowth. Candida can destroy the gut lining.

My doctor told me to stay away from spicy stuff and anything red like tomato sauce. Basically stuff I can't live without, but it irritates the gastritis and gives me the bubble guts and bloody stool. I read about this stuff to help control these types of symptoms, so twice a day before a meal along with a probiotic and viola - no more bubble guts, no more blood and I can eat as much pizza with hot sauce as I want.

this came with no seal when i took the lid off and a bit of the barcode label was missing/ripped off, so i am definitely not going to take these and have applyed to return for a refund
